What is a ATC Card ?

What is a ATC Card.....A new friend asked me this earlier today...made me think...Some folks style never heard of ATC Cards...of ACEO.

So here are some places you can go see , what they are...how to make them...and folks that are top of the line ATC Card designers. Abnd a little info to help you all understand ...and learn about this blog...

They can be made only in 2.5" x 3.5" size only !!
Painted , altered art, a print of something, multi mediums, some are made of metal, , basically you can make them out of anything you want.
You can swap them, trade them, or sell them.

I first saw a ATC Card on ebay...handpainted by a friend of mine...Annette Gambrel over a years ago...my other friend Lisa told me...your doodles would make some great ATC Card...the rest is history....
